The Vortechs process: Network Select

Even though each client has unique requirements, our proven process remains the same.  We developed our innovative Network Select program based on years of listening to the needs of clients and candidates, and building on experience.

Finding a candidate

Building and maintaining a network of top notch talent is our job.  So when you're looking for someone to add to your team, we've already got access to an extensive list of candidates that can't be found on a job board or database.

We act as an extension of your HR/recruiting staff or technical department.  We'll start by finding out exactly what you're looking for.  From there, we start the search.  Once we've got a list of potential candidates, we talk to them extensively to make sure they're a fit for your business both culturally and technically.  We'll only send you the most qualified possibilities.

Communication

It's key, isn't it?  That's why we involve and inform both clients and candidates throughout each stage of the process, seeking feedback and keeping both parties aware of progress.

Further qualification

As the hiring process continues, we can administer a Style Analysis Profile, using the services of a certified behavioral analyst. The results show potential employers a snapshot of the candidate's leadership, teamwork, analytical and communication strengths and weaknesses.
